The leader of a Democratic party front group with a dark money past is rallying against state-owned land at the Capitol Saturday.  Joining a Democratic front group for the event- former Republican Secretary of State Bob Brown.

Lee Newspapers carried what amounts to this press release:

In protest of the Montana Republican party’s endorsement of having federal lands turned over to the state for management, hunters and anglers are planning a protest rally on the Capitol lawn in Helena on Saturday.

Land Tawney, executive director of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers, said sportsmen are demonstrating to show the importance of public lands to Montana’s outdoor heritage.

While Lee Newspapers may want you to believe that this is just a typical outdoor group voicing their concerns, sportsmen have already seen left-wing groups propped up as “outdoor groups” merely to serve as fronts for the Democratic party.

Assisting with this weekend’s rally are some of the same folks affiliated with dark money “Hunters and Anglers” groups in the 2012 elections here in Montana, as Montana Media Trackers previously reported

MHAA made headlines during the 2012 U.S senatorial race, when the group’s political action committee “teamed up” with the League of Conservation Voters, a national environmental group that supports green initiatives and candidates, to fund an independent expenditure ad campaign in support of Sen. Jon Tester’s reelection.

The so called “dark money group” spent about $1.2 million during the election from their associated PAC, The Montana Hunters and Anglers Leadership Fund (MHALF). The group also utilized MHAA, creating both television and radio ads slamming Republican senatorial candidate U.S. Rep. Denny Rehberg for supporting a “land grab”.

The funds used for MHAA’s advertising campaign remain undisclosed, however MHALF disclosed receiving $632,000 from the America Votes Action Fund, a progressive super PAC based in Washington, D.C., and $100,000 from Working for Working Americans, a super PAC funded in part by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners union.

It certainly is quite the turn of events to see these groups campaigning against state-owned public land…

The dems are anti-Constitutional – for one – but they particularly hate the 2nd and 10th Amendments.

They hate the fact that Americans own guns, and they despise ANYTHING which takes power AWAY from their hive in D.C.

At the very least, they are socialists, but over the last couple decades, they’ve become absolutely fascistic in their pursuit of power over average Americans.

Remember this (latest) deception in the voting booth, come November.
