Well no matter who ends up on the ballot for supreme court, Justice Jim Rice will never get a vote from any of my family. We base our decision on the stand Rice took to overturn Judge Phillip’s decision to grant a new trial in the Barry Beach case.

Did you ever wonder why almost everyone with the now abundant factual knowledge of the Beach case readily concludes and then acknowledges Beach is innocent. The outrageous exception is those in the Montana Justice System, both past and present, who seem to have a hidden political motive to keep him locked up?

Did you ever wonder “who” might be the political power behind keeping Beach in prison? Think about who might have the most egg on their face if it was ever established Barry Beach is innocent.

It is like the old rule if you want to know why something happens, or does not happen, follow the money trail…in this case, follow the political trail.

Just sayin…

I have a real problem voting in any judicial race. And no, it is not because I have no respect for lawyers…..

In all judicial races there is never any history given of past decisions, positions on critical issues nor insight into how the person may rule on future cases…… Just vote for me!

At least in all other political races, lots of mud is thrown around. I guess lawyers don’t eat their own….. Like republicans do!

I had a nice visit with Mr. VanDyke on the phone yesterday. I now understand the constraints placed on judicial candidates and how they are used to both silence and empower the person running for office. Politics is a vicious game……

Lawrence VanDyke has my vote for Supreme Court Justice because of his support for the US Constitution, conservative viewpoint and belief in traditional values.
