Rehberg “Seriously Considering” US House Seat
Former Congressman Denny Rehberg (R-MT) dropped by the Northern Broadcasting studios this morning. He was updating everyone on his latest business ventures, as he and his wife have purchased properties in Billings, Missoula, Kalispell, and Sidney. So I figured, let’s get him on the air and see what he’s been up to.
Since I had been hearing rumors that he was considering jumping into the 2014 race for US House race in Montana, I figured I would ask him.
To my surprise, not only did he mention that he wasn’t ruling out a run- he added that he was seriously considering running again for the seat he held for over a decade before losing the attention- grabbing US Senate race to Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) in 2012.
Rehberg says he has not ruled out a 2014 #MTAl run…”I am seriously looking at that House seat again.” #MTPol

REHBERG: “I am seriously looking at that House seat again, I did have it for 12 years. It’s not that I feel anything other than drawn back to public service. I like business, I like creating jobs, but at the same time I can tell you where the problems are in our tax policy, our spending policy, and I think I can bring some experience. We’ve got to fix this.”

Good choice at this time Denny. Too many p’ed off firemen to contend with. As well they should be. One too many boat accidents too. Boy-oh-boy, when you crashed and burned you did it in style. So much for mis-spent youth.

The Re-Burger King Stays Down
Denny Rehberg got ran out on a rail
Then contemplated the ol’ campaign trail
A two time Senate loser
And a Conrad Burns class boozer
Nobody disputes that he’s an EPIC FAIL.
Now Denny wants to pursue a new thing
Besides pandering to the right wing
He’ll announce good and proper
“You want fries with your Whopper?”
When he’s crowned Montana’s Rehberg-er King!

I like Denny, but twelve years is enough for anyone to be subjected to Washington D.C. Otherwise, like others I could mention, one becomes a professional politician and never gets out of campaign mode.
Let someone else have a go, new blood, new ideas.
Thank you Denny for your service.
