I got a good laugh out of this story. It reminds me of when a video of former Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT), the author of Obamacare, went viral on the Internet- stoking claims that Max Baucus was drunk on the floor of the US Senate.” Oddly enough, it was conservatives back here in Montana who went to Baucus’ defense- that’s literally just how Max talks.
So what’s the story today? Well, The Daily Caller is wondering if former Gov. Brian Schweitzer (D-MT) just said the word bulls#@t on MSNBC.
The Daily Caller: Did Brian Schweitzer Say Sh*t On ‘Morning Joe’?
Watch MSNBC “Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski‘s face as former Democratic Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer says what sounds an awful lot like “bullshit” on the show this morning. When asked about Hillary Clinton‘s week last week as her new book Hard Choices rolled out, Schweitzer’s response is initially garbled, but you can distinctly hear the word in his response and anyone telling you otherwise is yes, bullshitting you.

Well, luckily I spoke with Brian Schweitzer on the phone last week, and he told me about how he was building a pole shed, and that’s why it took a while to return my call…so I can confirm on his behalf that he did not say “BS” on the air. (Although, like many of us, you can expect a few other choice words when not on the air.)
Note- my original post said “bull shed.” That’s what it originally sounded like to me….but then I started thinking- why would he build something just for the bulls? So for now, I’m going with “pole shed.” Ha
UPDATED– I”m gonna call “pole shed” on this one….

Luckily he’s got his own satellite TV studio in his Georgetown Lake, Montana home for all those MSNBC interviews…otherwise the ringtone would likely be “I’m Getting Drunk on a Plane.”
