If you plan on tuning in to the Governor’s State of the State address, and the GOP response- check your local radio station for coverage. We will be providing a live audio feed to all of our commercial radio stations. Those stations will have the opportunity to carry the broadcast, thanks to the help of our friends at Yellowstone Public Radio.

HELENA – Governor Steve Bullock will deliver his first State of the State address to the 63rd Montana Legislature this Wednesday evening. The Governor will outline his plans to create jobs, expand educational opportunities, and build a more effective government.

Meanwhile, Rep Austin Knudsen (R-Culbertson) will be delivering the GOP response. The Montana House of Representatives sent out the below release:
HELENA, MT—Representative Austin Knudsen (R-Culbertson) will deliver the response to the Governor’s State of the State address on Wednesday evening.
“This is a great honor,” said Knudsen. “I expect the Governor’s address to provide a good opportunity to talk about tax relief, creating jobs and improving our economy.”
Knudsen, a lawyer from Northeastern Montana, is the Speaker pro tempore of the Montana House of Representatives. He’s 31, married, and has three children.
Knudsen will be introduced by Senate President Jeff Essmann.
